Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@sawinery.net with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Returns are completely free — we do not charge for return shipping or restocking.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@sawinery.net. right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@sawinery.net.

In addition to our standard return policy, we proudly offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products purchased directly from Sawinery.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
