Q. Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouses in the US. 

Q. How long would it take my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered within 5-8 business days in the US, or 4-9 business days for International orders. Usually faster. 

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All international orders are DDP—taxes and duties are prepaid at checkout, so there are no extra fees or customs delays on delivery.

Q. Do I qualify for free shipping?

If you’re shipping to the contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states), or UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — orders over $99 ship FREE.

For orders under $99 (after discounts and before taxes), a $9.99 delivery fee will apply.

Please note:
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders shipping to AK or HI will still incur shipping charges, even if the order total exceeds $99.

Tip: If you’re using a discount that brings your total below $99, shipping charges will apply — adding a few essentials can help you reach the free-shipping threshold.
